DuoTec LLC operates a missed-call text-back messaging program for the businesses we work with. This page describes that program in full: what it sends, when it sends it, how you consent to it, and how to stop it.
What the program does
When a call to one of our business lines goes unanswered, our system sends a single automated text message back to the caller so the conversation is not lost. It is a customer care program, not a marketing program. We do not send promotional blasts, and we do not text numbers that have not called us.
How consent is given
When you call a DuoTec business phone line and the call is not answered, you will receive one automated text message at the number you called from, acknowledging the missed call and asking how we can help. By calling our published business number, you consent to receive this reply text at that number.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time using the instructions below.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. You will receive one automated reply per missed call, plus any conversational replies from our team.
Message and data rates may apply.
Rates depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@duotec.info.
STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT do the same thing as STOP. Keywords are not case sensitive. If a keyword does not work for any reason, email us and we will remove your number by hand.
Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share mobile information only with the service providers that deliver the message itself, such as our telecommunications provider, and only so they can deliver it.
